I collaborated with a small team to conduct surveys, interviews, and user testing to develop a user-centered web application.
First, we interviewed our client to identify relevant stakeholders and her long-term business goals. We conducted four surveys to understand the needs and behaviors of our stakeholders. I used the results to develop a design strategy and user personas that guided design and development decisions.
The result was a user-centered web application that employed UI and UX concepts to ensure a seamless user experience and a UXD Case Study that outlined our creative decisions and process.
